I’m Diana, founder of DIFitness, personal trainer, and mobility coach. I discovered strength and mobility not as end goals, but as tools to live better: to move with ease, keep up with life’s demands, and feel energised every day.
I’ve trained all kinds of people, but I specialise in helping women experience the benefits of strength training and healthy habits—without extremes, strict diets or sacrificing the joys of real life.
